Bentley Projects are currently constructing a sports facility for Southampton Solent University



The project comprises of two sport pitches:

A floodlit grassed soccer pitch capable of achieving National League Standard as specified by the Football Association and

A floodlit full size 3G Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) with synthetic pitch and spectator area.

In addition to the sport pitches, the scheme includes a fully fitted changing room facility and teaching/social space. The single storey building contains four 16 person changing rooms, two larger 18 person changing rooms, officials changing, office/medical room, disabled shower/wc and toilet facilities.

The teaching/social space is a self contained element comprising kitchen/bar servery stores and toilet accommodation in a building attached to the changing facility but accessed via a separate entrance.

These lodges provided additional holiday accommodation on an existing site in the beautiful Dorset countryside.
The lodges were completely decorated internally with natural wood detailing and fitted out with kitchens and bathrooms.
The units conform to: Section 29 (1) of the Caravan Act 1960 and BS 3632:2005.

Internally, the major modifications included the provision of specialist living accommodation for a disabled occupant.

The external alterations to the façade incorporated high specification replacement slate tiled roof, render to brickwork and powder coated aluminium windows.
