The two-storey building provides Perins with 8 new classrooms and includes a flexible layout design so some room sizes can be increased or decreased to meet the changing need of modern teaching practices. The new building, which was designed and built in partnership with construction company Bentley Projects, meets the latest environmental rating requirements for sustainable buildings. classrooms, air-source heat pumps, energy efficient lighting and the high specification insulation.
